The room temperature proved tricky, with a thermostat that didn’t cooperate. Sometimes the room keycard failed, leading to intercom frustrations. The elevators feel dated and in need of maintenance, and being on the first floor means dealing with some traffic noise from the busy road outside, although it wasn’t too disruptive. The location, while close to a bus stop for quick access to the center, feels a bit distant from the tourist buzz, which some may appreciate but might deter others.

this hotel has potential, but wheres the service? i mean, a room reeking of urine and no pool access for paying guests? ! i expected better treatment but was treated like everyone else. i almost gave a good review, but unfortunately, it just fell flat.

Sound isolation lacking!!! Noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor disturbed my peace!!! If only the elevators were better maintained and I had clearer communication regarding pool access!!!

the staff at westcord were incredibly helpful, and they even arranged a late-night pizza delivery for us. the breakfast options were fresh and offered a nice variety. convenient bus stop right outside for easy access to the city.

Recommend it for a calm escape

The first time I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff. They always had a smile and were quick to offer help – even giving me a free drink voucher when there was a mix-up with my room. The vibes were just nice. Also, the restaurant served food that was actually really good, quite better than I expected.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
